Systems integration for SMEs

We connect the systems you already use - ERP, CRM, online store, invoicing, spreadsheets, email - so data doesn't have to be copied by hand from one to another.

It's common for an SME to run several systems that don't talk to each other: a CRM for sales, an ERP for invoicing, an online store for orders, and a spreadsheet to reconcile it all by hand. Every manual step is a chance for an error and an hour lost.

We build integrations via API or webhooks where the system supports it, and through scheduled exports and imports where it doesn't. We synchronise data between systems, avoiding duplicates and keeping a record of what moved and when.

An integration isn't a 'connect and forget' job: APIs change version, suppliers update their systems, and it all needs maintaining. We plan for that from the design stage and offer it as an ongoing maintenance service.

What we do and how we do it

Connecting ERP, CRM, online store and invoicing

We synchronise orders, customers, stock and invoices between the systems you already use, without duplicating work.

  • ERP and CRM
  • Online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce and similar)
  • Invoicing software

Integration via API and webhooks

Where a system exposes an API or webhooks, we connect in real time or close to it, with authentication and error handling.

Scheduled exports and imports

Where no API is available, we set up automatic exports (CSV, Excel) and scheduled loads into the other system, at whatever frequency is needed.

  • Scheduled files (daily, hourly)
  • Validation before loading
  • Error logging

Synchronisation and duplicate control

We define which system is the source of truth for each piece of data and apply rules to avoid duplicate or outdated records.

Maintenance when an API changes

Integrations break when a supplier changes its API or export format. We offer maintenance to adapt them when that happens.

  • Error monitoring
  • Adapting to version changes

What's not included

We don't replace your existing ERP, CRM or store, and we don't take on data that has never been structured anywhere - that needs a separate scoping exercise first.

Where we work

We work mainly with businesses in Barcelona and Catalonia, in person or remotely.

  • Barcelona and its metropolitan area
  • Vallès Oriental and Vallès Occidental
  • Catalonia
  • Spain (remote)

The diagnostic is free. The cost depends on the number of systems to connect and whether they have an API.

Frequently asked questions

What if my system doesn't have an API?

Many tools allow files to be exported and imported (CSV, Excel). In that case we automate the export, validation and scheduled loading instead of a real-time connection.

Can more than two systems be connected at once?

Yes, but we recommend starting with the connection that has the most impact - for example, store orders flowing into the ERP - and expanding from there.

What happens if a supplier changes its API?

That's a common risk with any integration. We offer maintenance from €79/month to detect and adapt to these changes.

Is our data exposed to third parties?

Data flows between the systems you already have in place, without passing through any additional services you haven't approved.

How long does it take to get working?

A functional pilot typically takes around 4 weeks from when the scope is agreed, depending on the number of systems involved and whether they have an API.
